Points for purchases
Points for purchases will be added to your account 21 days after the order is created. The amount of points earned is calculated at the rate where you get 1 Coin for

Use your points
When you have enough points, you can use them as a discount for your next purchases in our e-shop. This means you will be able to shop at lower prices or even get products for free. Your discount will be calculated at the rate where 1 Coin is equal to a discount of 0.6 RON, 0.12 EUR, 0.5 PLN, 3 CZK.
Track your progress
After logging into your account, you can check your current points balance and your transaction history on our e-shop at any time. This allows you to always be well informed and enjoy all the benefits of our loyalty program.
Validity of points
Your bonus points are valid for 365 days. Therefore, use them early and often!
Combination of discounts
Points cannot be used on one order and a discount coupon applied at the same time. If you want to use the coupon, you will not be able to discount the order by using points and vice versa. The used discount coupon affects the total amount of the order and thus also the total number of points earned.
Returned goods
When you return the purchased product, you also return the earned points. Your points balance will be recalculated back to the original state before this purchase.
More information
Bonus points are not a currency and have no real monetary value. We reserve the right to change the parameters of the program at any time, or to cancel it. In the event of program abuse or fraud, sanctions will include suspension of the customer's right to participate in this program. Bonus points CANNOT be redeemed when exchanging goods!
